Online Media Manager

…Life’s full of research, proposals, and online media plans. I’ve had 10 emails this morning asking for help. All different client service people in different offices but similar problems – they want information and direction on what they should be doing to help their client find the candidates they need. That means I’m looking at online media to attract Electrical Engineers from Australia, Canada and the UK to work in NZ – most of which I have to hand as it’s such a scare skills area we already hold the information I need to refer to.

That’s not the case with another request from a religious organisation who are looking to recruit a high level executive who must already be working in a religious environment which is an interesting challenge indeed.

Other requests include what online media should be used to attract students for our university clients and a plan to attract nurses that will include using niche sites.

I’m also writing a piece on the effective use of SEM as I’m getting an increasing number of enquiries. I’ll cover off what it is and how clients should use it as an effective online traffic driving option. The challenge is to make it easy for everyone to understand!
