Client Service Director

…Rate negotiations are on my agenda so I’m analysing client spends and trends and talking to them about activity over the next 12 months before setting up meetings with the media.

I’m working on a strategic approach to help a client recruit recruiters which involves capturing and explaining their work environment and culture and using DVDs and their website to help engage people. This is a tough area and several people in the office will play a part in providing ideas and challenging the approach.

One of my other clients has gone through a major restructure so I’m identifying and establishing new senior relationships for myself and my boss. As I’ve been the Account Director on this client for 6 years, I hold their advertising history and can make sure that transitions occur smoothly.

Last but by no means least, I’m part of a project team responsible for introducing a replacement for our current media booking and buying system.
