Candidate Manager

…We’ve got 18 active jobs at the moment for one client with first stage candidate management being handled by a microsite we built for them. That initiates a fast acknowledgement of their application and lets us put more time into screening. We’re also working with them to identify a file format that suits their internal systems and allows a more efficient way of transferring candidate information to them.
There’s also a large project on for a health client. Following work we’ve done in the employer branding and online areas, their recruitment campaign is up and running and we’re sending out job descriptions and providing a phone response line for candidates who aren’t able to respond online. 
The last thing on my active list at the moment is a client who has a low volume response to two senior vacancies requiring a high level of personal service from our team. We’re taking response, screening applications and arranging interview times for the client and candidate.
