We are an award winning advertising agency, wholly Australian owned with 200 staff in nine offices across Australia and New Zealand.

In this role you will be responsible for servicing the day to day advertising needs for a wide range of clients, which includes managing every day liaison between your client, the media and our internal advertising production department.

You may not necessarily have an advertising or media background, or you may be returning to work, but you will have the right mix of qualities and skills to enjoy this type of role.

You must have:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Courteous, positive attitude and approach to customers
• Excellent telephone manner
• Computer skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage conflicting work priorities.
